I don't know if the pregnancy is viable... (low hcg)
Well, I didn't know the actual # that came up on the hcg test that was taken this past Sunday.. but I found out today that it was at 20. On Sunday I would have been 18 dpo .. I assume my hcg should have measured a LOT higher than this. I've had morning sickness since last Friday but this morning I had none. My doctor today told me that he expected to see my hcg well over 100 at 4.5 weeks pregnant and my low lvls are very worrisome. He gave me a req for more blood work.. including another hcg test that I can take to get done any time. Should I wait? Should I do it asap? I am so confused and stressed out about this..

I think tht number is low and the only reason I know that is my numbers were low at 1st too..wait until the next level..I ended up ovulating 2 weeks later than "normal" and it took a smart nurse to figure that out..so I was infact only just pregnant, bot as many weeksas I should ahve been. Your numbers should double every 48 hours...mine did, they ended up repeating them 4 times...then just ahd an ultrasound for viablility and dating..and everything was fine!! Keep your chin up and wait for the next number!

I sure hope so.. it would be an extremely cruel trick for mother nature to play on me.. giving me this awful morning sickness and then not getting a baby out of the deal!
The first hCG level was tested on Sunday and today is Friday so if they haven't gone up significantly then .. I guess we'll see.

I'm crossing my fingers for late ovulation. I know you're supposed to base your ovulation either 14 days before or 14 days after your period but my periods are irregular.. I've had 28 day cycles.. and then 34 day cycles. I hope everything is OK and it was just really much sooner after ovulation than the dr guessed.
