no appetite

Boy, I don't think this has ever happened to me before. I have no appetite for anything. I am 23 weeks, and I used to have an appetite. At my appointment at 21 weeks I had gained a total of 18lbs, so I was getting a bit worried. Now, I have no desire to eat. I know I have to, and I get sick if I don't, but I don't want anything.. not even my favs. Whats up with that?
