Losing weight after having baby

Long time no chat! Just wanted some advice/knowledge from you guys!

I had my son almost 6 months ago. I never got down to my goal weight before getting pregnant but I did get down to around 176. I am now floating around 196.

I finally cut out eating a granola bar or something small when I was awake after feeding him in the middle of the night, and am trying to cut out snacking during the day, but I do feel hungry between meals.

I just wondered if anyone had similar issues or has some advice.

Cut out carbs after lunch, add your snacks back in, and make sure that all meals contain some sort of protein and eat the protein first.  

Also, don't eat anything after dinner, but like I said, eat at least two snacks during the day in addition to your three meals.  

Exercise.   Go to the gym or work out at home, either way, get moving.  You may not think you have time, but trust me, you have it.  I get up at 4 am to go to the gym.

Hi,

I live in Manhattan, Ks. I just had my baby 2.5weeks ago and am going through the same thing. I got down to 127lbs and my goal was 119. SO CLOSE! Then we moved states and I went through some stress etc and I got up to 145lbs before getting pregnant. I am now 168lbs and wondering how I am ever going to get to my goal.

I am also trying figure out how to lse weight and nurse. Plus, I have a 4yr old and my husband is deployed. I can't wait to start exerisizing!

I think the advise the lady above gave was greqt advice. Keep the snacks. Eat protien. Work out. Plus, make sure you drink lots of water!

Now I need to do the same :D
