Morning Sickness and my RNY guts
I had to take meds for it and also eat every 2 hours. I also had low blood sugar so had a few candies with me all the time
I would ask the doctor for something to help if eating crackers and snacks more often does not work. Good luck!

pressure point wristbands -- not sure the exact name - they are used for motion sickness
ginger tea - you need actual ginger to calm your stomach ... most soda does not have enough ginger to help

Mark 9:37a "Whoever welcomes one of these little children in my name welcomes me."
I tried to tough it out, but then ended up in the ER with hyperemesis because I was throwing up 5 times a day. They gave me a prescription for zofran for nausea and for me, it made a huge difference. I also try to eat little meals often.
The wrist bands are called SeaBands. You can get them at drug stores for around 10 dollars. I got them and they worked for a day or 2 and then stopped. But you may have better luck than me!
Good luck! I feel for you!
