I just have to post here! I say GO FOR IT!

My oldest was 7 months when I got pregnant with my second. I thought oh my goodness I'm the worst person ever and won't have time to devote to the first or be too stressed. Now I wouldnt have it any other way. They are 2 (fully potty trained) and 1 and they play together so well. My 2 year old watches out for the little one and tells me if she's doing something wrong. Like last night my 1 year old went upstairs by herself (forgot to close gate). She made it all the way up and was sitting on the top step yelling for me because she couldn't figure out how to get down. LOL My 2 year old came running "mommy mommy vannah went upstairs shes going to fall".

Now it does get stressful at times, but you just have to relax sometimes just let things happen. Yes there are times when they both want something or are both crying for different reasons but I get through. Hubby is NAVY and has been gone almost the entire year except for 6 weeks. So pretty much I been a single parent, working full time, have a house and yard to tend to. I am never late for work and my house is usually clean. I am very organzied which helps alot. The most annoying thing people say to me is "you got your hands full"...well yeah but really I'm fine. It's not bad, you get a routine and it all works out.

Do what your heart tells you. It's fun with two!

Sorry but your hands truly are full, its just that you have such a positive outlook you don't see anything so bad about having the full load you have. That's the way I would love to be in a similar situation. Thanks for writing!

I have been trying since Hayvann was 4 months old also. Nothing yet. She is 9 months old now. I feel like since I am 35 not saying old but with my 16 and 11 year old I want her to have someone to grow up with. I am ready now and would rather not wait till she is in school like I did with my first. She has slept through the night since she was 3 months old. As of now she goes to bed at 9 pm and sleeps till 10am WOOT!! I am ready and I still want to work and with them being closer then when they start school then I can go back to work
