I'm 8 weeks along today and have my first appointment with US on Monday evening and am sitting here scared to death. I've had 2 successful pregnancies but in between the 2 had a positive home pregnancy test.... went for my appt. and low and behold... no heartbeat... blighted ovum. I dread the thought of this possibly happening again.....

Not much I can say that'd ease your worries...telling you 'don't worry' isn't going to work either...but I pray you get to hear a good strong hb Monday night. Make sure you post and let us know how it went.

For now...chant the mantra:

Today, I'm pregnant.
TODAY, I'm pregnant.
Today, I'M pregnant.
Today, I'm PREGNANT!

Keep repeating until you see that hb.
