Opinions wanted on a couple names we have thought of

They are both pretty. Another way to spell the first name is Callie so it sounds a little different.

I really like Keelie. Abigail- even though it is really cute is very popular right now. I like unique names. As long as they are not weird. Which Keelie is unique- but not weird. I agree with two of the other posts. I really like Keelie Layne, that way you are compromising. Plus it sounds really cute.

What if you went with Abigail Kelly? That is a really good way to have the name you love but also remember your cousin's actual name.

I'm so sorry that you lost your cousin! That is SO young to die of Breast Cancer! I have this small fear that I will get Breast Cancer young and not even know about it because they don't screen for it unless you have family history but even then they don't start until 30 years old. Did your cousin have a family history of women getting Breast Cancer at a very young age??

Thank You, it was hard on all of us more so because she was so young.  Her moms side of the family has a family history of cancer.  Her grandfather on that side passed away from lung cancer and an aunt passed from breast cancer.  Her mother was actually diagnosed with breast cancer about 6 months before my cousins passing.  Her mother is battling it now.  My cousin found the lump while she was pregnant with her youngest and the dr thought that it was more than likely a milk duct and didnt want to do a biopsy while she was pregant.  Once her daughter was born they did the biopsy and it came back as cancer.  She put up a great fight because it went to her shoulder, pelvic and spine.  In the end it als spread to her lungs.  She had a wonderful Dr in Memphis & God  that we thank for giving her the quality of life that she had and the time that she had with us while battling.  Her daughters pediatrician wants to do genetic screening on her before she hits puberty to check her since it runs on that side of the family so bad.  Thank You for the suggestion on Abigail Kelly, we hadnt thought of that one

We had that name picked out. We were going to spell it Keeley.

I'm gonna stick with my original post of Keelie Layne. It flows nicely and it sounds like a strong couragous name like your cousing Kelly.
