Congratulations! I was only 2 1/2mo post op when I got pregnant on accident and I have lost a total of 240lbs!! This does not have to destroy your success! You will have to start eating more for you and baby but see your Nut regularly and try to stick with healthy fats and keep all the rules in mind! You should be ok and should be able to jump right on the wagon once you deliver! I lost about 60lbs w/ in a month of delivering! (Keep in mind I was a "heavy weight" and I had a LOT of weight to lose so that may not happen with you!) Good luck w/ your pregnancy!! Welcome to the board. This is a great place to be!

Hey hon I was almost 6 months out when I got pregnant I am now 13 weeks and I am still loosing weight but not as much before I found out I was pregnant I was 182lbs and in the last 3 months I am now down to 167lbs, so you will most likely still loose some weight during this pregnancy. Everything will be okay we are here to encourage and uplift you. Congratulations on your pregnancy!!

It can be scary at first, but you really can find support here from all these wonderful women you have been there before. I was right about 6 months out when I got pregnant. I had just reached my goal weight, and I have gained right around the doctor reccomended amount. I have gained 27lbs. But honestly I thought I was a little skinny for my body when I got pregnant. There are alot of women who have continued their weight loss while pregnant, and breastfeeding and getting back on track after the pregnancy really seems to put things back in motion. Try not to worry too much, it's not good for either you or the baby. Everything will work out. I am now almost 35 weeks pregnant and have had a wonderful pregnancy so far. Just keep your head up and don't hesitate to ask questions. Even one's that you might think are stupid. We've all been there.

Had a friend who got pregnant 2 1/2 months out and her and the baby were healthy. She then continued to lose weight after her son was born. Be happy about the new change, although unexpected. Life isn't always as predictable as we would want, but this could be the blessing you may have needed. Besides, after the baby comes, you will be non stop running around which is almost forced exercise :)
All the best to you and your hubby!!!!

Thank you everyone.  I feel so much relief.  I went to the OB/GYN and after some bleeding, had an ultrasound.  Seeing the baby's strong heart beat made me feel better.  I am still losing weight as well.

I'll be posting many questions and I hope to get some great answers from you guys.  I don't feel like the bad woman so much anymore!

Thanks.
