Heard the Heart Beat for the first time!!!

I had seen it at 10.5 weeks when I had my first ultrasound, but today (at 14w5d) I actually got to HEAR it!  It was really, really cool!  My husband was amazed.

The doctor started out on the right side and didn't find anything, so she moved to the left and there it was!  She said the heartrate was 150 BPM.

I'm doing well.. I've lost another 2 pounds.  My blood pressure was up a little, but still within normal range.  Doctor was pleased with my progress and said to keep doing what I'm doing!  Yay!

Thank you!  I was excited today because she told me that they will be doing the heartbeat at every appointment.  Woot!

That's awesome!!!  I heard the HB the first time when I went in and I ended up having the flu, it was an unplanned dr. appt and I was only 10 weeks but we heard it then.  I miss being preggo...

You know, overall I have felt pretty good... but I don't know if I will ever get to a point where I will be able to say that I miss being pregnant. :)  I'm looking forward to no more food aversions, no more headaches, and no more random nausea.  LOL

the nurse tried to let me hear my babies heart beat about two weeks ago. she said she heard it for a split second but my baby just kept moving and kicking at the dopler. maybe ill get to hear it soon. im glad u got to hear yours.

Isnt that the greatest sound in the world!! I have a doppler at home and me and my husband listen to our lil girls just about every night and it is wonderful!!
