hey everyone, I am 6 weeks out from having my 3rd baby boy.  He is our first post surgery.  He was a surprise.  I went to my one year follow up and was 8 weeks preggers.  I for the life of me just cant remember anything except chew chew chew and drink water.  I know there is much more.  I need help and my nut isn't much help.  Please oh great ones help me hehe

You are looking to get back on track after having the baby?

Well protein first is rule #1 (you should have gotten a goal originally depending on your weight etc - usually around 70 grams a day), healthy, veggies next, whole grain carbs last. Make sure you are getting in at least 64oz of decaf, non-carbonated, sugar free fluids a day (more if you are exercising a lot or out in the heat and sweating). move your body at least a few times a week.

Are you breastfeeding? It isn't recommended to do the whole protein only thing if you are bf. Just eat sensibly and try to exercise. GL.

no breastfeeding.  I wish but it just doesn't happen for me.  This is my third c section and I always get a horrable infection so it never happens.

I started working out again so that should help out a ton too.  I just need to get to the basics.  Its just remembering what they are that is stumping me
