some assistace needed lol
hey everyone, I am 6 weeks out from having my 3rd baby boy. He is our first post surgery. He was a surprise. I went to my one year follow up and was 8 weeks preggers. I for the life of me just cant remember anything except chew chew chew and drink water. I know there is much more. I need help and my nut isn't much help. Please oh great ones help me hehe

Well protein first is rule #1 (you should have gotten a goal originally depending on your weight etc - usually around 70 grams a day), healthy, veggies next, whole grain carbs last. Make sure you are getting in at least 64oz of decaf, non-carbonated, sugar free fluids a day (more if you are exercising a lot or out in the heat and sweating). move your body at least a few times a week.
