I don't believe you are trying to cause problems. I think it just happens sometimes.
Knowledge is not innate. We learn as we grow. Perhaps she did not have the benefit of being raised by women who taught her as much as you have learned in your life. I suppose I was working off principal, here, and a code that the board is supposed to be supportive and not *too* judgemental.

From what I have seen, everyone's pregnancy experiences are different.  I have a lot of friends who are very thin, and they showed a lot earlier than most average or overweight people I know.  Yeah, we know it's not the baby showing because it's the size of an apple seed, but when you're tiny, you do show a lot sooner than when you're big... even if it's just fluid retention.  I also have friends who felt the baby kick at 16 weeks, and others who didn't feel a thing until 22.  *shrug*

For the record, I am also 14 weeks and 1 day, so I found this post amusing. :)

I agree with FlabtoFab... different people feel different things at different times. My sister said that she thought I was lying about a bump at 12 weeks but then she seen me and shut up about it.

I agree with you on heard the baby? Hmmm.. that's weird but to each their own I guess=)
