FRIDAY TTC POST (who is makin a baby)

Well my LMP was on 6/30. It is now 8/8 and still no period. It's about 8 days late now. I took about 6 pregnancy tests over the past week and all have been negative. I called my doctor's office on Friday and they told me to wait until the middle of this week to call them back to come in, unless I'm uncomfy and I wanna come in sooner.

I don't have any symptoms at all. The only symptom I have noticed is that my forehead is breaking out very badly and that's normally what happens when I get my period, but that is also accompanied with bloating and fatigue too.

Also, I have heard that some pregnancy tests can't detect the HCG hormone in your body if you don't have enough of it, to which a blood test would prove whether or not you could actually be pregnant. However, I have also heard that blood tests have been wrong (read all over the place that some women had blood tests done that said they were not pregnant, when in fact they turned out to be pregnant). This is very unnerving!

Any ideas? I am clueless, and losing my patience. I just wanna know what is going on.

Hi. It has been a few days since you posted, so hopefully your got good news. I just wanted to mention that it is totally possible to have an off cycle every now and then. Even gals that have super regular cycles can have an anovulatory cycle. Stress can also delay ovulation...making your cycle a bit longer. Also, you could implant really late making it harder to detect hcg right away. Digital tests seem to be pretty sensitive. Anyway, good luck and I hope you get the result you are looking for.
