Yeah, isn't it crazy how we develop aversions to certain foods?  Early on for me, it was meat.  I could not even stand the thought of it!  Now I can eat it (and crave it), but my new aversion is sweet stuff.  I've tried to eat sweets a few times (because I LOVE them and they look soooo good) but once I take a bite, I have to spit it out because it just tastes nasty to me.  Which sucks because I KNOW it should taste delicious!  Haha.

I can't eat cereal with milk because of the whole "eating and drinking at the same time" thing.  I get this uncomfortable sensation with cereal, really juicy fruits like apples and melon, etc.  I don't know if you guys get that with RNY or if it's just a lap-band thing?

But yeah, I was actually finally able to go this evening, after drinking 2 large mugs of chamomile-peppermint tea with honey.  *shrug*  Man, it's awful!  I'm still gonna get some of that Activia and keep it on hand!

I had this problem for two months. I mean bad. I was up to 4 enemas a day. I tried EVERYTHING. I was in the bathroom for hours, and thats not an exageration. Two things seemed to finally work. Activia Light doesnt have alot of sugar either. I swear I need to write to them and be a spokesperson. I started eating one a day and it worked. Second, watermelon. Since I crave this anyway I eat it every day now still and its supposed to help. Activia really did get me thru. I tried creams, supposatories, perscriptions, liquids, enemas, baby food, prunes, etc. I feel for you honestly. Try it, I hope it works.
