Constipation. Argh!!!
definitely try it, it worked wonders for me. Even stool softener wasn't helping and i remembered that my little brothers Dr (brother has had chronic constipation since he was a toddler) used to tell my mom to give him a glass of apple juice with any heavy meals and/or if he hadn't gone in a day, it always worked. He recommended the apple juice because my brother refused to take any meds, he could sniff it out in his food and there was just no way my mom was going to be able to use a suppository(sp?) lol

Good question....I don't have an answer, but I'm a charter member of the club. LOL I've never been "regular", but since RNY, once or twice a week was average. Now, being pregnant, once a week is about it.
My husband "goes" every morning after his coffee. Sometimes he "goes" in the evening two! Twice a day!! I'm in awe....LOL

OH i feel ya here..I used to go every 3 days..now its like every 4 to 5 days. Usually on day 5 I end up going. I hate that cause sometimes I feel so darn bloated from not going and its the worst feeling. I think its funny though I weight myself everyday..and I noticed a weight gain when i have not gone in 4 days...then right after I go..seriously...I get on the scale after i go..and I drop 3lbs..Crazy. No wonder I feel so bloated for those days. I used to eat cereal to help me but now I can't stand the taste of milk and I have not thought of eating the cereal dry. I should try the mini wheats dry. And I am def going to be bringing in Yogurt into my diet again...just hoping I can stand it again. Just dairy products lately are not helping me.
