running during pregnancy?

My t told me that you need to keep your heart rate under 140...and I'm not allowed any jumping...or even bouncing. I do a combat fitness class and what I did is just did stepping and core exercises....I am just about 5-6 weeks too!

SAM, YOUR PREGNANT???  YEAH!!! THAT IS AWESOME!!! CONGRATS!!!  can you tell how excited i am for you and your hubbie?
