Accupunture

Good morning!

Have any of you had any success getting pregnant with accupunture treatments? I am currently under a RE program but along with it I am also having accupunture.  I do really believe on accupunture.. I have PCOS and before WLS the only thing that regulated my periods clockwork was accupunture.

I am just curious if there anyone out there that has had a success story with accupunture. I am doing everything in my power so that this treatment that the RE has me doing will be successful.  It is my only hope.

I don't have experience with accupuncture, although I do believe in it as well. Something I did while I was undergoing treatment to conceive was mindfulness relaxation. This may be TMI- but I actually would visualize my womb as open and productive, and my ovaries working as well. I did it as part of a guided relation, but you can do it any time you want to relax. First you focus on your breath, breathing deep into your belly for a few minutes, and then you can progress to thinking about other parts of the body that may be tense and need to relax- I have a back injury from a car accident and this helps a lot with that too.
