I am not sure on the answers for you. I took progesterone from as soon as I found out I was preggo at about 6 weeks via suppositories twice daily until I was about 14 weeks. I did not have an IUI but did have other treatments to include the trigger shot and seem to rememeber being told to wait at least 10 days to test but Ann's info also makes a lot of sense.
