Do you still have your paper work and information on WLS that you received when you were going through all your appointments and what not to get approved for WLS? What if you started there and read up on the "rules" to live by after WLS? No carbonation, no drinking 30mins B4 or after eating, no high fat foods, low sugar food, lots of water, 3 meals a day, no snacking, eat breakfast w/ in 1 hr of waking up, don't drink your calories, protein first, etc, etc, etc. I'm sure if you got back to following all the rules you would start losing weight again. Good luck! I know how hard this battle is!

Hey, I just wanted to ask, have you ever tried an Ab-Lounge? I have had one for a few weeks now and love it. It really tightens up the abdobminal wall, and may help with the bloated look. They have it at Walmart for about $70.00. If you have the space and the determination to use it every day, you won't regret it. Another good thing about it is that you can jacknifeyour back to stretch it and it really feels good.
Sorry, this isn't the info you were asking for, but I am so glad I have my Ab-lounge I just had to share the love :)
