Birthday

I don't post on here very often, but read faithfully.  This has been an eventful pregnancy for me.  It seems like I have had everything that could go wrong go wrong.  It began with the diagnosis of MTHFR.  I could handle that.  One shot a day with my prenatal vitamin and then 4 folic acids a day.  Later, I started battling high blood pressure.  Luck was on my side and I never developed or tested positive for preeclampsia, but the doctor did have to put me at Atenelol to control my blood pressure.  It has worked beautifully.  Almost too well.  It makes my husband nervous because my blood pressure can get very low, but I have done well.  The next diagnosis was diabetes.  They tried to control it with diet and that did not work.  So the doctor put me in the hospital to put me on insulin and get my blood sugars under control.  He had my insulin under control for a time and then it started going crazy, so they had to adjust again.  Now my sugars tend to get low because I have been getting sick more lately.
While I have done a lot of complaining during this post, I said all of this to say that my baby girl will be here in a short 8 days.  While I hate everything I went through, I would do it again for her.  I love her so much and cannot wait for her to get here.  I just wanted to post an update before I have her.  I will be going next Monday for my induction.  I will try to post our birth story.  Thanks for all the advice, even though you probably didn't know you were giving it much of the time.  Probably the next time I post, I will be holding my baby girl, McKenzey Hazelee.  I can barely wait.  Good luck everyone!!!
