3rd time's a charm... It's a...
Well, after 3 months, and 3 ultrasounds, we FINALLY know what our baby is.
It's a GIRL!
I'm excited, but hubby was not so much. He doesn't want to change her diapers and get all up in her business. He'll get over it. I think he just convinced himself that is was another boy, which would have been fine. But the doctor got a pretty good look this time. The idea will take some getting used to, but he will, and it will be fine.
We are going to name her Aidia (pronounced "A"-dee-uh) with middle name Floretta, which was my grandma's name. Not traditional, and I wonder if she'll hate having a name people can't say or spell. Who knows.
So that's it for us, a boy and a girl and we're done, and I'm happy.

Congratulations! I am sure hubby will adjust and come around. My hubby is nervous if we ever haev a girl because of his temper...lol
I love the name Aidia. Names are always going to be mispronounced but fact of life...Emad is fine with it..lol
I think if she has a strong personality and you instill in her the meaning of her name and special tie to her Grandma she will not have a problem with it.
Good Luck!

I agree with PPs that men are like that with little girls. Coming from someone with an odd name that nobody can spell right even when I spell it for them (they still use a S), once she gets used to her name and realizes that unique is cool she'll be fine. (I only hated that I could never find my name on those pre-printed key chains and things like that when I was a teenager. I got over it quickly.
