Trenton Thomas is finally here

Our baby boy finally arrived on Friday, July 2, 2010. Trenton was 7 lbs. 14 oz. and is 21 inches long. I didn't have an epidural and did it all natural. I think the hardest was pushing! We are getting settled in and I am breast feeding about every 2 to 3 hrs. Get your rest now ladies while you can!

We feel truely blessed to have such a healthy baby so far. I already lost about 20 lbs. and looking forward to getting back into my exercise routine. I am drinking a ton of water and feel great.

The night before labor, my husband and i walked about a mile and a half. I came home and sat on my fitness ball for a while. My water broke the next morning at 6:45 and labor contractions started instantly. I went to the hospital about 8:30 and we had Trenton at 1:01 the same afternoon.
