Breastfeeding issues
Domeperidone is not illegal in the US, it is just not FDA approved (for stupid reasons LOL), if you do ever decided you want to try it, let me know. I have tons of info on it (and take it myself, it saved my nursing relationship with my son, I went from next to no supply to being able to pump enough to donate as well as exclusivly nursing Matty).
The pills are super small, way smaller then say an Advil. The only side effect I have had is a decrease in appetite (which I am not going to complain about LOL) b/c the pills are made to slow down digestion. The price depends on how much you order at one time, my doctor gave me the website that I order from, and three other independent sources gave me the same one without me even mentioning it.
I DID get a scrip for it, although you don't need it when ordering online. I also found a local compounding pharmacy that would make it for me with a scrip from my doctor, but the price was so much more then ordering it online that I choose to just go the online route.

Have you thought about trying a Supplemental Nursing System? This would bring baby to the breast for longer periods of time, which would help to keep your supply up and keep baby from weaning to bottles.

Tammi,
If you're having any doubts at all I wouldn't stop BF'ing just yet. Let your hormones get back to normal before you make that decision (unless you know without a doubt you are ready to stop).
I don't know about feeding from just one breast. I would be afraid that there would be noticeable difference in size between the two.
Good luck and Congrats....I don't think I've said that yet!
