Not that the morning sickness is not enough!

My kids seemed to have picked up some sort of 24 hour flu. They are better of course, but late last night I had a craving for (I know shame on me) pizza. I took a couple bits and felt as though I was getting kicked stabbed and every other bad feeling right in the stomach! Then this morning I could barely get out of bed! I am lucky that my husband was home today because he got to handle the little ones, while I had body aches and the morning sickness was amplified! Finally 7pm and I am able to sit up. The pure thought of food makes my stomach turn, just hoping this goes away!

Anyone else have the flu this early on? I will be 8 weeks on Friday, and was it this bad when you ate?

Sorry you have the stomach flu! That is the worst in my opinion. I would rather have a cold. I got a really bad bug during my pregnancy- dry heaving every time I moved! It sucked big time! But, my babies (twins) were fine and there were no ill effects. Just be sure you can get down liquids. I made myself sip sip sip water for those few days. I didn't get in my usual amount, but I didn't get dehydrated. Hopefully it's a 24 hour and will pass quickly!

Mine wasn't that bad in the VERY beginning, but its getting that way LOL  I know that everytime I eat a meal til I am full I am VERY VERY sick afterwards, icky, pukey and then super super tired... Hope yours don't get that way...

I got the stomach flu when I was about 6 weeks along and I didn't know it was the stomach flu until everyone else in my family came down with it.  I had 6 of my aunts and a few uncles in town for my dads 50th and it passed through most of the family.  I seriously thought I was going to die.  I had no energy to get off the couch, couldn't eat, drink, nothing.  All I had could was lay on the couch and sleep.  It took about a week for me to start feeling better, even though it only took about 24 hours to go through everyoene else.  I think that was just because of fighting fatigue and morning sickness from the pregnancy too, who knows.  I hope you feel better soon though!
