33 week pic.....where has the time gone?

Well, I'll be 33 weeks tomorrow. I've pretty much been in bed 90% of the time lately, but I'm doing fairly well. I lost my OB after my 29 week appt. He just up and decided that he wasn't going to take my secondary insurance anymore because they haven't paid them anything in the 2 years that they've been taking it (should've noticed before now huh??) and they sent me a letter saying they were going to have to "cease care for my pregnancy". Well la dee freakin' da and thanks for the advance warning! My maternal fetal Dr. was pretty perturbed and I still have yet to find any Dr. that will take me seeing as how far along I am. Really, that's not the issue though. The issue and the excuse I'm getting from any office I try to get into is either that they don't take my insurance or that I'm too high risk for them to take on or that they're not taking high risk patients. So, I'm back at square one again....and pretty pissed about it, but whadda ya do when money is a Docs bottomline?

Anyhoo.....here's a picture of my wondermous pregnancy belly that I never thought I'd get (if you can't see it in my message, it's on my profile). She's making up for lost time I suppose. I went to my maternal fetal Dr. on June 17th at 31 weeks and Kenzie was weighing 4lbs. 1 oz. Pretty good growing on her part I'd say! Only 6 weeks left (or less) and she'll be here. We only have about 3 more things to buy for her too.....then we need to clean and organize.....fun!

Allie you look WONDERFUL!!!! I hope that you can keep pressing for a dr. Call the hospital and see what they recommend that you do. Will your high risk dr. delivery you? Hang in there hon, it will soon be over.
