Question about shots
When Rowan was really tiny it always helped to give him the paci to get through the shot and then I would nurse him immediatly afterwards - that calmed him right down! He always gets a fever with shots, so the tyelnol is a must.

Mom to two of the cutest boys on earth.
When my son was a baby, the dr always had him laying on the little exam table to do the shots and then had me pick him up immediately after doing them...it was so quick and since I picked him up to comfort him before he could actually get worked up to cry that he didn't cry. Not that he was happy...but he didn't cry. I think that even at that age, babies can 'feel' the stress from you, so just stay calm and remember...it's just a shot. You've had dozens of them yourself in life and survived w/o permanent injury and Amelia will too. ; )
