Just really bummed today about my 1st OB appt.

Unless you're having other miscarriage symptoms, I'd say just keep thinking positive thoughts.  Having been through several mc's, I know that waiting for an u/s is not all fun and joy...it's a very stressful thing.  Hopefully the next two weeks fly by quickly for you.  Good luck.

i know its hard but in order for your insurance to pay for the claim they have to put that. With all of my u/s with molly they kept putting hx of fetal demise its upsetting I know but its a coding thing. With my first they couldnt find the hb till 14 wks and with Molly it was 13ish weeks. Also if your uterus is tilted it can be harder to find.

Easier said than done but try not to worry!

 Mine just picked up this week at 14 weeks so don't worry~ =)

Megan mentioned a tipped uterus and a lightbulb went on for me - mine is MAJORLY retroverted and maybe that's why it was hard for the MWs to hear the HB (plus I did not get skinny from WLS, just less fluffy, LOL.) 

Try not to worry.  I bet they'll find it easily or you'll see a very healthy baby on ultrasound at your next visit.
