I found this online and thought it was interesting:

H
ave you ever wondered what all breastmilk can do? I have. My curiosity started when I had just begun breastfeeding and noticed the pain associated with it. My nipples were sore, dry and cracked, and bleeding. and I loathed trying to breastfeed again in another hour. I didn’t have a car to go to the store and get nipple cream, so I thought about rubbing the breastmilk on my nipples, just to see what would happen. Voila! Instant gratification!

Dry, Cracked Nipples

Expressing a few drops of breastmilk by hand and rubbing it onto your nipples is a great way to stop the pain and soothe them. It also speeds up the healing process of your nipples as well.

Dealing With a Stuffy Nose

If your child, or anyone else in your family, for that matter, experiences a stuffy nose, take a few drops of breastmilk and put it in their nostrils. Within a couple of minutes, to an hour, their nose should start draining. This is because breastmilk is loaded with antibodies that help fight infection. This trick is actually good for any kind of sinus infection as well.

Baby Eczema

If you’re baby has some problems with eczema, express some breastmilk and apply it to wherever they are having an outbreak. Breastmilk is loaded with moisturizers, and will quickly clear up any dry skin. Just apply it as often as necessary. This is also good with acne associated with dry skin.

Minor Cuts, Scrapes, and Wounds

The other day, I was unpacking some boxes and got a paper cut on my finger. Rather than applying the neosporin, my curiosity got the best of me again and I applied a couple of drops of breastmilk onto the cut. It took all of 30 seconds to ease the burning, and it took a day for the cut to heal.

Makeup Remover

This one is a little far off base, but it’s true! Expressing some breastmilk and applying it to your face, in a rubbing motion will not only moisturize but remove your makeup.

Breastmilk has so many uses, it should be recognized as the miracle that it is. Most of these you may already know that breastmilk does, and others you might not have known until now. Go ahead and try one or two of these for yourself. You’ll be surprised!

I had never heard of the makeup remover use!  That's hilarious!  I've done the stuffy nose thing with my daughter and yes, applying a drop of milk to your nipples and aereolas and letting it air dry after every nursing in the early days can help prevent cracking and pain.  It's way less gross than lanolin (which works well too but is STICKY.)

I have used it for stuffy noses in the past, and I have also used it to clear up pink eye (took less then 24 hours, while the medicine I had used for my daughter the week before took almost four days!). Breastmilk is amazing.

Using it when my nipples were getting dry and painful worked WAY better than lansinoh for me.

Re the moisturizer effect - this might sound funny but I get very dry around my eyes and it is really hard for me to find any product to help that didn't leave me with pffy, irritated eyes by morning, so i started using a drop or two of breast milk in the area instead. Worked great and no eye irritation! I'm really sad I won't be able to do this now that Rowan is weaned!

Medicinal Uses of Breastmilk

While I am usually open to such things I don't think I would EVER consider using breast milk for:
Sexual Lubricant: Males can squirt the breastmilk directly onto the penis in order to use as a lubricant during sexual intercourse. Females can hand express the milk into a sterile cup in order to do this. Breastmilk can be used the same as a couple would use Vaseline, KY Jelly, or Astroglide.
I don't think Dh would go for it either, LMAO
