I am so undecided on if I should have him evaluated for speach or wait. If there is a problem I want to catch it early, but everyone says I am worrying too much. Is your pedi worried about Jayson?
My nephew at 17 months was singing complete songs - the Barney Song, Seasame street songs and in an easy to understand way. He also walked at 9 months and by the time he was Cooper's age he was climbing up and over everything, running, jumping, etc.
I need to stop comparing Cooper! He's the best baby (toddler now *sniff*) in the world!

I told myself the same thing....some day we'll tell the story about people yelling "HOT" at him and laugh. I think my husband has it on video too (I hope).

happy birthday cooper! and its okay cindy, he will always be your baby. and dont stress too much on words. my nephew is 15 months old now and only says about 5 words, mommy, daddy, nana, hi and heres the weird one...grandpa lol. cant say bye but can say grandpa. and he didnt start talking until about 2 months ago and his pedi said its was fine some babies just bottle it up and then start saying new words quickly. my nephew adds a new word almost weekly, now hes working on blue.
