Renting a Heart Rate Monitor
Several of you suggested an on-line site where I can rent a really good, accurate heart rate monitor at a reasonable cost. Can I find that now? No. Would anyone be able to provide this information again? Anterior placenta + inactive baby = kick counts inaccurate (and causing stress). Nothing available through local hospital, home health agencies, or durable medical equipment places. Thanks!

I'm renting one for $20/month. I've been able to hear the baby's heart since the first day it came in the mail (was exactly 10 weeks for me).
The only stipulation is that you have to keep it for a minimum of 4 months. No big deal for me.
I use it about 3 times a week. I like to listen and count the heart rate.
Good luck.
