Update - Abdominal Pain
Hi everyone,
I just wanted to update you on my previous post about my abdominal pain. Looks as if I have another hernia. They won't do anything until after the baby is born, but they did tell me that it will become more and more painful as my uterus continues to grow.
They also did the normal urine screen and found a UTI. I didn't even have any of the usual symptoms of a UTI......go figure. So now I am on an antibiotic and Tylenol if I really need it. I am skipping the Tylenol and dealing with the pain, because Tylenol does nothing for me.
Thanks again to everyone who offered advice. It was greatly appreciated!

Sorry to hear about the hernia, but glad you at least found out what the problem was.
Ask your dr for something besides Tylenol. I'm with you...it does nothing for me. I get more relief from M&Ms, and at least they taste good, than I do Tylenol. I don't know if you are allowed Advil when pg...but know that it works well for me. I'm sure there are alternatives to pain meds if Tylenol doesn't work. Don't suck it up. Continuous pain for weeks/months on end is not good for you or the baby, because it'll cause stress you don't need.
