Constant Headaches
I just saw my OB this morning for my two week ob check-up. I have had a headache for six weeks (not a migraine just a headache).
At my last appointment, she said to first try mucinex for sinus cavity as it gets irritated. I tried that for three days as she stated and it did nothing.
Today, she said there is really nothing to do. I won't take anything. I tried Tylenol twice in two weeks and it didn't help. She said to make sure I am getting enough hydration, eating small meals every two hours, and getting enough sleep. She said there isn't much she can do that she feels my instance is due to water retention and just pregnancy hormones. My blood pressure has been fine. So, she said tough it out.
You need to talk to your OB every time you go in about what you are feeling.

Up your vitamins.
I only took one prenatal and now am paying the price. I developed migraines/tension headaches and spasms. They hurt.
I just had my labs drawn and everything has tanked... badly. Now I have to play catch up and hope it works.
I would double your prenatal, take B12 sublingual 2500mg daily, calcium at least 2000mg a day, and iron.
Andrea is great for vitamin help.
Also possibly vitamin D.
