2 multivites, 2000mg calcium, up the vitamin D to at least 25,000 IU (no, I'm NOT kidding), at least 1,000 mcg B12 a day, heavy duty iron, and strongly recommend a b-complex, b-50, or b-100 daily.
With that said, labs EVERY 8 weeks.

Nope. I've only had labs done once so far. I did ask my dr. to do a full vitamin panel to make sure everything was ok though. i've been really tired lately. i'm 2 years out and i just had my first b12 shot this month. the dr. said that my b12 was a little low but that she doesn't think i'll need a shot every month.
