Had my Baby Shower! Picsssss!

So I had my shower on Saturday. It was so much fun. My mom and her fiance had flown in from Georgia the day before, so she was there, and so were about 50 other people. I didnt know half of them lol, but I couldnt believe the amount of gifts that everyone got for us! Strangly we only got about 5 things off the registry, but we will NOT have to buy dipers or clothes for atleast the 1st year I guarantee it. The only things I really need to get now is a highchair, nursing pillow, and baby monitor. Not too shabby :) We had so much food and and everyone just really seemed to enjoy themselves. The only bad thing was it was so hot in the hall, about halfway through opening gifts (took over 2 1/2 hours!!) I had to take a break and let my hubby open stuff because I got overheated. I feel so blessed! :)

Awww Congrats..

Thanks ladies! It was so nice because people actually bought things in 6-9 months, 1 year also, so she can grow into things. The dipers I got ranged from newborn to size 3, and it was just really cool that people thought to do that. :) My mother in law even got the baby her first necklace (a little gold chain with cross) and a bracelet! Awwwwww! :)

Great pics! Glad to hear that you had a wonderful time at your shower and you got some nice loot!  

My advice... Don't open the boxes of diapers until you need them, that way, if your little one outgrows a size before you get to that box you can easily exchange it at Walmart (even without a receipt!)

I LOVE the cupcakes with the little baby in the middle, that is freakin' CUTE!  You're lucky to have so many people in your life who love you!  Your baby is going to grow up being just as loved. :)
