Totally OT but I need your advice! lol!

Is this dress appropriate for a job interview? What if I wore black leggings under the dress? The interview is for an inbound sales position at a large corperation. Thanks in advance for your input girls!

It's a cute dress.  With a pair of low heeled dressier shoes (not so 'flip-floppy' looking casual shoes...something a little dressier), I'd say it might be OK.  I wouldn't go with the leggings...just a pair of nylons and a little dressier shoes.  Black leggings would be too much black.  The only part that would concern me - and that's likely because I'm an old stick in the mud, so bear that in mind - is the cleavage.  Not that it's 'floozy-like,' just  not 'business-like.'  Wish I still had some of that kind of cleavage left.  It all went south with the WLS.  LOL

Just my 2 cents-I wouldnt wear it for the interview because of the low cut of the top, not because of the length.  I hate dressing for interviews...but I have only not been offered 1 job.  So I must do okay. Remember to dress in something you will not have to fuss with and try to be comfortable.  Good luck.

Humm I would say not for a job interview.  It's a little too dressy, it's cute though!!

I think with a tank top under it of a different color just to brighten it up a bit. I don't think you need the leggings. I'd wear flats though if you have any.

Cute.  I'm so jealous of your cleavage!   For an interview I would wear a cami under it.   Unless you know it's a boob man interviewing you lol.
