HELP!!! MENTAL MELTDOWN!

I'm a month shy from being 1 year post op.  I'm 15weeks and 1 day pregnant.  We tried for 9 years without any luck, and that was one of the deciding factors for me having gastric bypass.  I never had regular cycles (have PCOS). One month after surgery my cycles regulated.  Then about 4 months ago, they disappeared again, well little did we know I was pregnant.  We are very excited about the baby, I have wanted one for so long.  We planned on waiting until at least my 1 year surgeriversary to start trying again, but we didn't even have to try it just happened.  I lost 125lbs, but still have about 45lbs to lose.  I was losing in the beginning of the pregnancy and I was concerned that it would hurt the baby.  Now, the last two weeks (last week 0.2lbs lost and this week 0.6lbs gained) I'm concerned about gaining weight, because I feel like I'm going to fail at my weightloss journey again.

I would love to hear how much weight people have gained during pregnancy, how long it took you to get it off, and if you experienced and similar MENTAL MELTDOWNS!  Any helpful tips would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance!
I've finally started my new journey!!!!!!!!!!!

WEll I was 2 1/2  years out when I got pregnant. I lost 15 pounds in the first trimester, gained it in the second and gaind 24 pounds in the third. I came home from the hospital being down 18 pounds - that was almost 2 weeks ago but I haven't been on the scale since.

I have gained 33 lbs so far during this pregnancy and I still have less than 2 weeks left. I am definately concerned about getting all that off, but I have a plan in my mind already and I'm hoping to stick to that and it will come off. It definately is a little mind game though when you know it's ok to put on a little weight being pregnant but at the same time it's like we don't want to gain weight cause of our previous weight issues. It's hard, but just realize you can lose whatever you set your mind to after the baby is born, you've done it before and you can do it again.

Congratulations on your pregnancy! I LOVED being pregnant, and can't wait to do it again! I hope you have a healthy and happy ten months!
I got pregnant four years out. I lost 10 lbs or so in the first trimester, and gained a total of 23 pounds during the whole thing. All 23 pounds were gone within about 6 weeks. However, I did not take the carbs back out of my diet, and so I have gained about 10 lbs (YIKES) in five months .. time to get back on track!

So far I have gained 26 pounds in this pregnancy. Don't really know what I am going to do to take it off, but I am not super worried about it (at least not today, ask me tomorrow and I'll probably be freaking out, LOL). It's OK for you to gain weight as long you are giving the baby what they need. I think we all go through this meltdown at one time or other regarding this issue especially when we're so used to losing so quickly. I hope you can feel a little beit better about it soon.

I am up 15 pounds now. Not too bad since I had to drink calories to keep hydrated. Right now, I am not freaking out too much. After the baby is here is another story. Good luck with the pregnancy.
