I can't stop losing weight
Hi
I found out that I am pregnant this week. I have been eating chicken and avocado everyday as I want and avocado with bread that's really all I can eat. I have really uped the amount I can eat but my weight is falling of faster than before.
How can I slow this weight loss down?
I don't want the hormones and chemicals that are being released from my fat to harm the bub.
Many thanks
Crystal

I did the same thing in the beginning. I lost 5lbs in one week, which was a big difference from the normal 2lbs per week. Then It was back to my 2lbs. I was worried, but my doctor said as long as the baby is growing, she's not worried about me losing weight. I am 15weeks and 1 day, and last week, the loss went down to 0.2lbs for the week. This week, I gained 0.6lbs. Looks like my weight loss has leveled off. Now I'm worried that I'm going to start gaining, and I didn't even reach my weightloss goal. I keep telling myself that I need to quit worrying about my weight right now, but I am in a mental meltdown when it comes to that. Good luck to you!
I would say talk to your Nut. You are pretty new out from surgery so I am sure that has everything to do with the fact you are still losing weight. Maybe some of the other early outs that are pregnant can comment, I can tell you that I hadd to have emergency surgery recenlty and lost 10 pounds with that and have not gained any since. However the baby is growing and gaining weight just fine. So just becasue we are lsoing/not gaining does not mean that they are not.
