This was just on my fox5 news and I think this is crazy. This is the reason I stopped using protein supplements and strickly started getting mine from food as soon as I was able to eat a min of 65g a day without having to think about it. Ladies please use caution with supplements.

my doctor dosen't want his patients to drink protein shakes, just to get our protein from actual food.   I started drinking protein shakes a few times a week (like 2-3) starting at about 3 months out and did it for the first year.   I have just started drinking them again and do one each morning before breakfast, but I drink the choclate EAS brand.

Thanks for the link, I'm going to read it because my hubby drinks muscle milk after his weight lifting and working out.

Hit goal weight of 140 at 13 months out from RNY!! 130 pounds GONE!
