Anybody taken provera?

I started taking provera on Monday, the 31st.  10 mg pill, twice a day for 5 days.  Has any of you taken provera? When can I expect to start my period?  My pharmacist said to expect it anytime after day 2.  (I'm on day 3).  A friend of mine said her MD said that the cycle would start 2 wks after the last dose.  I'm confused,  anybody out there have any info?  Thanks!

I took it. But that was many years ago. But if I remember correctly, it took about 7-10 days. I don't think it took quite 2 weeks, but it was definately after the dosage was over.

i took it, once a day for 10 days and started about day 5-6 i dont remember exactly its been so long, it has to get "into" your system...

I started about 5 days after the last day of taking it.

I take it, one pill a day, for 10 days. Typically my cycle will start on day 11 but sometimes before...sometimes a few days after...just depends.
