breastfeeding while sick?

can I breastfeed the twins while I have some kind of sinus infection and to 2 ear aches? Just wondering if anyone knows...

Yeah you can. But if you're taking any meds for it, you need to be sure they are safe to take while breastfeeding. That would be the only worry. You can even breastfeed when you have mastitis (even though it hurts like crap!)

 Breastfeeding when you are sick is the best way to prevent your babies from getting sick with something contagious like a cold. Your body makes anti-bodies that are passed on through breastmilk. Isn't it amazing! :)
