I used it and it did help. It is a component in maple syrup so you kinda smell like it. your pee and sweat especially. But it does help your milk production and is harmless.

Good luck.

I have used this, actually recently...It did help me within a day, but one of the side effects is that it can cause green, runny stools in the baby. My daughter did fine up until a few days ago and now has had the green, runny stools, so I stopped taking it.  It can also cause loose stools and light colored stools in mom. I was okay with that side effect, but now that my daugter is having issues with it, I'm done.

Fenugreek is NOT harmless. Lydia had an allergic reaction and was covered in hives at 8 days old, which resulted in treatment with cortozone cream. Now, allergic reactions are rare, but they do happen. Lots of ladies take fenugreek with no side affects, but no supplament is totally safe or harmless as we all react differently.

honestly the best thing you can do is drink 100oz a day, Jennifer S. gave that advice and it worked like a charm! I didn't care for the fenugreek! good luck
