TMI--Enter at your own risk- ******
So everytime DH and I have sex and I get an ****** my tummy tightens up as if its a contraction. I was instructed since bedrest I couldnt have sex but we decided to do everything except intercourse, and as of normal things would end...I did get an ****** and had a contraction after words....
should we just not do anything??
Sorry for the tmi
should we just not do anything??
Sorry for the tmi
id really ask the doc cause i was actually just reading about this in my "what to expect when you're expecting" book today, and it was saying that you need to find out specifically if on bedrest w/out sex if thats just no sex, or no sex and no ****** i would assume that since you are already at risk for pre-term labor that you would be on complete pelvic rest (no ******) BUT then again...im an NOT a dr =)
Ive been on pelvic rest since six weeks preggo. (My poor hubby!) and she said def NO ******s. (Ive had a few in my sleep those, and she said since I cant prevent those, nothing we can do lol) Because an ****** is actually a contraction of the uterus, you are going to feel your tummy get hard, as your uterus is so big now with the baby. :) I would clarify with the dr for sure!
Super proud mommy to Dylan, Owen and Sophia Brianne!
I'd go w/what Jennifer said. During one of my pregnancies, before I miscarried, I was told no sex...no ******for the same reason...it contracts the uterus. Ask your dr just to be on the safe side. If s/he says the same thing...you might just have to get 'inventive' w/DH and skip yourself for a while.
