sore spot in lower back ?

i have had a sore spot sorta on my lower back on the right side... more inside me than on my back... its hard to explain except i thought on monday the baby was laying on a kidney and making me uncomfortable lol.... thats kinda what it feels like... not really hurting just that sore type feeling like you get after baby has been up in your ribs for a while.... but this soreness has been on and off since monday night.... it seems to stand out most when i am laying down... a always favor laying on my right side but the "soreness" makes it uncomfortable so i am tossing and turning at night... i am assuming it is just baby leaning on stuff he shouldnt but i dunno how i can take another 6 weeks of this, i have not had a decent nights sleep all week....
