I think I got scammed:(
A month ago I ordered a product online from www.happybabystore.com and I never got the item. I called and kept getting a recording saying they were understaffed and to send emails, so I sent several emails. Still havent heard anything, but of course they took the 30 dollars out of my account. Has anyone else ordered from them and had problems? What do I do about this?

If you report them to the BBB (http://www.bbb.org/) they have to respond. You can then go into your complaint and explain how they fixed/or didn't fix the problem. It stays on their record permanently. It worked for me!

hate to say it girl but you may just have been taken for your money. I did a quick BBB search for you and that company (ANZ Group) had their BBB accreditation revoked in Jan of this year for not maintaining their minimum requirements for accreditation. They actually score an F

SO SHADY! sorry u have to deal with this. Glad u didnt go on an ALL OUT shopping spree with this company. Some of the complaints do show resolved, hope yours is!
