Ovulation Question? Any experts?

Hey guys... So dh and I are trying to get pregnant again, and I recently removed my nuvaring to start trying.  My period has begun (while on nuvaring) May 9th, and was done by May 13th. I removed my nuvaring on the 20th.... I was supposed to be ovulating according to my chart around May 23rd, but instead, I started my period again on the 23rd...

I'm planning on going today and buying an opk, but would I just assume I'd ovulate around 2 wks from the 23rd? That's my typical cycle.

I would wait a month at least after taking out the nuvaring. My GYN told me to wait a month after stopping the pill cause hormonal B.C. can cause a miscarriage if you don't wait a month. I know I got preggers the first month we could after going off it and miscarried. Could have been too soon, or a few other things. Good luck!

It may take your body up to 3 months to regulate after stopping BC.

However, may I ask how many days your cycle is?? If you have a 28-30 day cycle you can ovulate any where between CD12-CD20. Also depending on your luteral phase.

Do you temp? OPK's are great, you will want to use them around 10am and 4-5pm to give you accurate results.
