 He "throws a tantrum", what in the hell is wrong with these people! Seriously I worry about my kids getting enough fruit and veggies... never if they are going to run out of cigarettes. THAT IS CRAZY

I actually wondered if this was real when I first saw it - WHO GIVES THEIR CHILD A CIGARETTE AT 18 MONTHS OLD???? These people should be JAILED.

Somebody needs to be shot!! How disgusting!! Obviously, by  his actions as he smokes and blows and how he holds the cigarette, he has been watching some adult/s smoke. This is NOT okay, don't they have child protective services or something!! 

That is just terrible!
