sono on wednesday for smaller "normal" fundal height

havent been on the page for a bit.... went with hubby and DS who just turned 4 to disney!!! It was a great time... i felt fine... hubby couldnt keep up with me lol.... i did realize that we totaly have different mind sets when it comes to vacation... after laying out $4500 for a 9 day trip to disney, i was go go go and hubby was relax, nap, relax some more.... funny after 10 years being together to just figure out this total polar opposite now lol. believe me i am down for a do nothing relax vacation but disney is just not one of them lol... anyway...

friday (14th) i had an appointment with OB for a quick checkup before i left on vacation... normal stuff just to make sure nothing was out of the ordinary before going on my trip.. blah,blah,blah... doc tells me there is nothing to be alarmed about and to still go on vacation but he wants to schedule a sono because i am measuring on the "smaller side of normal"

so with vacation i didnt have much time to think about it but now that i am home, i have the sono on wednesday but dont see the doc till friday for results... its a alittle stressing. i know its probably nothing to be concerned about still leaves me bugging a little...

if it was nothing to worry about they wouldnt do a sono... sigh... anyone else have a smaller than aderage fundal hight?

From what I have read on numerous forums fundal height measurement is very far from an exact science and in fact many OBs opt to not even do it.  My personal measurements tend to be a tad bit on the large side due to the fact that I am still overweight.  My doctor measures just to see growth.  I know it is easier said than done but try not to worry about the u/s.  The doctor has certainly gotten the report and would have called you if there was something pressing.  My baby is measuring small and at this point my doctor is not concerned with it.
