Everybody is Annoying!

Not you gals of course.   Hehe.

My hormones are in full-swing!

A stiff drink would calm this down but that won't happen.

Any relaxation techniques / advice?

My way of dealing with stress might not be the best thing to do, but it works for me:

I eat whatever I want, then go lay down for a nice long nap!

I'm completely feeling you.  I've yelled a lot.  Not the ideal solution... but hey, at least I'm not going postal. =)

Hope those hormones calm soon!

LOL...I have a short list of people who are annoying the hell out of me.  I could send that to you and you could choke them for me...that might release the stress!

Other than that...the only thing I'd say would be to find some 'me' time, sit and relax and do nothing but read a book or something like that.  Hopefully relaxing and resting up will relieve some of the moodiness?
