Anemic and really bad headaches... also update from my last post...lol

ok from my section I lost a lot of blood and next thing I knew I became anemic and now I am on iron pills... ok I thought no biggy my iron will go back up and I will be fine... Well today after having one of the worst headaches of my life I decided to look up some things online about anemia symptoms and I had no idea you could get headaches from being anemic... These are like migraines and Tylenol don;t help... I think this is why I was feeling depressed a bit earlier... I talked to the hubby and he helped me out with the boys earlier... they were sleeping in the living room and I knew they were gonna wake up soon so I asked him if I went and took a nap in my room with our daughter if he would feed the boys a bottle when they woke up... It was nice to nap and then after I let him go fishing for a bit... I had to call him to come back after 2 hrs cuz I was so dizzy and my head was getting worse... I just don't know what to do about the anemia... I never had this problem before...

Side note I lost a total of 201 lbs today when I stood on the scale... I was so happy to see that... I lost 201 in 13 months and I was pregnant with twins for 9 of them months... awesomeness!

Congrats on the weight loss. I can't help with the anemia but just wanted to tell you I hope you feel better!

I am glad your hubby helped out and you were able to get in a little nap. Talk to your doc about the anemia. If it's really bad, they may want you to go see a hematologist. You could possibly get an iron infusion.

I know after I had my daughter, I couldn't eat or even hardly drink. I ended up getting horrible migraine headaches and wasn't sure if it was caused from the epidural or from an imbalance of vitamins, minerals, or electrolytes, but I hear ya, it's horrible! Hope it goes away soon.
