Update from OB appt!!!

What do you mean "red heads tend to progress quickly once they start"?  Im a natural red head and I have never heard of anything like this...was she joking??

I can't believe they didn't keep you also. I was 3cm when I was admitted. I'm also a natural redhead and the nurse who also happens to be a red head told me they have to watch blood levels/bleeding. After delievering my son they gave me a shot to help me clot. She said it had to do with being a redhead.

The other OB in the practice had mentioned the bleeding thing after my miscarrige. Funny how things can go off of our hair color (sure it really has to do with our genetics but still) like that.

It won't be long now Liz... I am so happy for you and I hope the rest is a piece of cake... Stay active and "do the deed"... That's what started my labor... I started having regular contractions on Friday at 5:30am and Zander was born Saturday at 3:48am... It was pretty easy overall and so worth it... I can't wait to read you've had the baby! (((HUGS)))
