FINALLY some positive news!
My dr had me go in today to monitor my contractions. Im having real contractions that register on the monitor, about every 20 or so minutes apart. But my cervix remains completly closed and long, so he isnt worried at this point. He did decide to do a sono, and it was GREAT. They didnt see the blood clot AT ALL, OR the amniotic band!! Plus, Sophia is finally head down, AND she showed us her face for the first time. She usually covers part of it or burys it in the placenta. It was a standard ultrasound, but we could clearly see her opening and closing her eyes, which was sooooo cool, and her cheeks are chubby :) She is 3 pounds 6oz, and we could see HAIR! It was floating on the screen. Truly an amazing ultasound. I FINALLY feel so positivity, that she is going to be ok. I think I may be ready to start that nursery! :) Just had to share!
Super proud mommy to Dylan, Owen and Sophia Brianne!

Im glad to hear the positive news as well, especially since we are SO close in dates and have had many similar issues along the way! I too started registering contractions on the charts this weekend and was told that i have an "irritable uterus" was told that the contractions, although registering, are too small to cause any changes in my cervix (thank GOD) so they hesitated to call them true contractions at this point, but said they are definitely not braxton hicks. They are super uncomfy and i was told that i have to just deal with them lol! Hope to hear nothing but great news from you from here on out!
